Abstract

Brief excerpt from interview: Working in a smaller group definitely almost forces you to form the relationships you wouldn't otherwise form... We're all up in agricultural science... so you're kind of away from the majority of people, you're seeing the same faces day in and day out, which I kind of prefer... I feel more comfortable with going... up there because I feel more comfortable with it.
