Brief excerpt from interview: Once they are at Kaiser Medical Center, they should get a good idea of what that job description would be. These [learning outcomes] are required for accreditation, to have them as part of a course that is part of our didactic program. And it's a good source of information for the students.

This item includes a segment of an an instructor interview in a Writing Intensive course in Food Sciences, Health, and Nutrition at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The interview was conducted in 2013 and in this clip the interviewee is describing the benefits of partnering with Kaiser Medical Center.
