Abstract

During two years residence in American Samoa as Superintendent of Education the writer became greatly interested in agricultural education there. In thirty-five years the population of American Samoa has more than doubled. Will this same increase hold true for the future? If so, what is to be done about the food and money needed? What changes will have to be made in agriculture?
