Abstract
Knowledge about any subject consists of information and "know-how". Through experiences, one senses that know-how is more important than mere information. Hence, within the schools, not only information should be imparts, but also know-how. In mathematics, know-how is the ability to solve problems, which is finding an appropriate response that is unique and novel to the problem solvers.
