Genre: Medicine/huru. Matteus Mboi, small kampong Tethu reti, Uwa, explains his 'huru mero' ("huru itching"). He explains about the cure to the disease/affliction severe itching on legs and between the legs. The cure, using a chewed mixture of herbs and thermites ('dhana hana'): betel and lime, ginger, five tops of 'hao' bamboo, and five tops of 'si'i' longgrass. He will also put seven paddy grains on the body where it is itching. No 'bhulu wa'o'. During the period he is curing the patient must follow a strict diet – for up to three months.
