Abstract
Description
Roja du'a tells about a ceremonial center of the domain, named tubu Dhimu, after Dhimu méa (Timu méa), one of Pio pikariwu's helpers in the epic legend. She mentions a violent event that explains the current state of affairs. The narrative is short though and leaves question marks. Recorded by SD/Cawa and Pitu Sopune/Ebbe at Roja's house, Wolondopo, Edo domain, 21 Oct -15. (The setting of the recorder was faulty at the time, so it is rather loud or noisy. Adjust accordingly). The annotation of this item was supported by a Firebird Foundation reearch grant for the documentation of Oral literature and Ecological knowleadge.
