Abstract
This is a collection of voices from several Mo'o Akua or water spirits that talk about issues affecting them today, including historical and cultural erasure, desecration, tourism, foreign implanting, loss of community, social justice and ignorance. They also discuss and show the importance of Mo'okū'auhau, Mo'olelo, Akua, 'Aumākua and 'āina in and to Hawaiʻi. These pieces give voices to Mo'o Akua who have much to say, but perhaps, weren't given a place to share it on a wide scale.
