Abstract

As a daily living space, residence directly affects people's life and has an important impact on people's physical and mental health. Therefore, a healthy living environment is conducive to forming a healthy lifestyle and maintaining a healthy physical condition. Healthy housing can not only meet the physical health needs of the occupants at the physical level, but also comprehensively protect the health of the occupants in the fields of psychology, spirit, environmental resources, humanities, society, and science and technology. Building a healthy living environment is an important part of implementing the "Healthy China 2030" plan. Integrating the concept of health into residential construction can promote comprehensive and full-cycle health protection and improve residents' health. This dissertation takes the German DGNB evaluation system as the research object, through the study of its system composition and evaluation indicators, combined with the characteristics and design requirements of the healthy living environment, clarifies the guiding significance of the DGNB evaluation system for the indoor and outdoor environment design of healthy communities. By analyzing the excellent healthy community design cases certified by the DGNB evaluation system, the main points and methods of indoor and outdoor environmental design of healthy communities are summarized, and the design points are applied to the B3-2 block of Gaohang Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (the third category Residential area design for residential group land). The dissertation is mainly divided into four parts and six chapters: The first part (Chapter 1) introduces the source of healthy housing, the current research results of healthy housing at home and abroad and the basic situation of German DGNB, and determines the research object and content, research goal and significance, research method and research frame of this dissertation. The second part (Chapters 2 and 3) studies the background, evaluation scope, evaluation objects, concerns, evaluation indicators and weights of the German DGNB evaluation system, and compares the DGNB evaluation system with other relevant standards. Features and advantages of DGNB. At the same time, through in-depth research on typical examples of obtaining DGNB evaluation system certification and summarizing the design methods that meet the DGNB evaluation standards, the characteristics of healthy houses in architectural design, outdoor environment, indoor environment and operation management are analyzed. The third part (Chapters 4 and 5), based on the previous research, summarizes the indoor and outdoor healthy communities based on the DGNB system from six aspects: environmental protection, safety assurance, adaptive design, indoor environmental quality, health promotion and operation management. Design points for the environment. Taking the B3-2 block of Gaohang Town in the northeast of Pudong New Area, Shanghai as an example, combining the summarised indoor and outdoor environment design points of healthy communities with actual design cases, an appropriate design strategy is proposed. The fourth part (Chapter 6) summarizes this research and proposes assumptions and prospects for future research work.
