dc.description.abstractThe Americans with Disabilities Act states that employers must make "reasonable accommodations" to allow disabled employees to work effectively. Using summary statistics, a theoretical model and a legal history, this article will attempt to determine whether home-based work is a “reasonable accommodation” under this law.
