This presentation showcases the creation of the Kala dictionary with the WOL (Word Oriented Linguistic Framework) program, which is a lexicography software, developed by Dr. Dan Harvey.. I have worked closely with Dr. Harvey to implement usability improvements to the software while using it to create a dictionary of Kala, an endangered language of Papua New Guinea, adding greater customizability and the capacity to merge dictionary projects from other software into the program.
