dc.description.abstract Copy of the petition by Shamrock Thermal Power Co., Inc. sent from the State of Hawaii, Department of Health to the Honorable Susumu Ono, Chairperson at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Hawaii, requesting that a portion of the Kapoho area of Hawaii be reclassifed as an exempt aquifier in accordance with State of Hawaii, Department of Health Administrative Rules, Title 11, Chapter 23, Section 11-23-04, "Underground Injection Control." Includes a full copy of the petition with maps, geotechnical reports, graphs, diagrams, well water reports, and a bibliography.
