| dc.description | This is a recording of two men, Awal and Ipin by Ipin's house in the village of Pondok Perasi. Ipin is a 59 year old man who is married to a woman from the same village. Awal is a 43 year old man who who is also married to a woman from Pondok Prasi. Both speakers never lived outside the island. They are talking about their work and experience as two different types of fishermen. Awal catches fish while Ipin catches crabs. Leah Pappas assisted with the recording.
