Abstract
Meheroo Jussawalla, staff fellow from 1978-1993, became the Center's expert in the economics of telecommunications. Born in Secunderabad, Hyderabad, India, she received her Ph.D. in economics at Osmania University. She emigrated to the U.S. in 1975 during the state of emergency declared by President Indira Gandhi.
