dc.description This paper describes a collaborative project that seeks to support a largely Mixtec- and Zapotec-speaking community originating in Oaxaca and Guerrero, Mexico, and currently residing in and near Oxnard, California. The project involves documentation of Mixtec varieties; a community language survey; video/audio recordings; and development of multilingual and multiliteracy resources. (session 1.3.1)
