Description:This recording is an elicitation of the Max Planck Institute's (MPI) Topological Relations Picture Series and the Positional Verbs Stimuli with Yonas Misa Kauna (65) and Marianna Sau (47). The speakers were also asked to recite a proverb or idiom and each speaker gave a proverb: one about playing with fire/acting your age and the other about sacrificing for your future. There are three WAV files: one lavelier recording of each individual speaker (A and B) and one file with both recordings combined. The png file is a compass showing how the participants were sitting in relation to the cardinal directions. Transcription is in Helong, Indonesian, and English.
