dc.description.abstractIndividuals in shantytowns of Lima, Peru experience unique challenges due to socioeconomic status and perceived inabilities. A situation analysis using rapid ethnographic procedures was conducted to explore life with disability in shantytowns of Lima, Peru. Participants and their caregivers expressed ideas to improve social inclusion of individuals with disabilities in their communities.
