Description

Considers what the COVID-19 pandemic reveals about Hawai‘i’s economic reliance on tourism. To reopen Hawai‘i to visitors, strong measures must be taken to control community transmission by residents, tourists, and state and county governments, including screening measures, enforcement of quarantine, mask-wearing, and physical distancing.
