dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the aurthor shall attempt to view conflict and its resolution through a real situation (confrontation between the DOT and the Waimanalo residents on the subject of a possible GA airport at Bellows) employing the "Human Development" perspective. In particular, she shall define conflict and present different modes of conflict resolution for the confrontation described above.
