Abstract
Description
Rebellious lawyering teaches us to engage and organize alongside our clients and people too often deemed “vulnerable.” Policymakers and service providers alike must believe that all people have the right and the capacity to lead themselves. This means we must value their experiences, solutions, and goals, and more often than not, defer to their leadership.
