Abstract
Making the transition from a college student on campus to a professional in the workplace can be a frightening experience. My objective is to break down this massive problem to a manageable set of guidelines to aid the student in this period of preparation and re-adjustment. A great deal of anxiety and frustration can be avoided simply by knowing what obstacles you are approaching and how to deal with them, resulting in a smooth transition into the workforce.
