Through this session, attendees will learn to identify the founding of a prestige program, explore potential barriers, and develop a plan to troubleshoot and overcome such barriers to create an effective program. The session will highlight the challenges faced by faculty in maintaining their commitment to teaching quality and discuss how longitudinal faculty development programs can increase faculty resilience and teaching competence.
