Abstract

The concern of this paper is to examine Lawrence Durrell's demonstration of his literary "Relativity" theory in the "Alexnadria Quartet". Durrell uses a multiple-perspective technique to present the love affmr between Justine Hosnani and Darley (the narrator of three of the "Quartet" volumes). From an analysis of these perspectives, conclusions will be drawn on the success of this approach in the entire "Quartet."
