Genre: Medicine/huru/adat prayer: Bernadetta Paji was recorded 23 June in the morning sitting on the woga of Paji's adat house, sheltered by the long grass ('ci', alang-alang), only the two of us and a cat that kept miaowing. Outdoors condition. I handheld the Zoom and recorded with the internal microphones. This part of the (one) recording is a traditional prayer used when curing people with chewed areca nut and piper betel, 'ngiru huru'. Or in another healing context as well.
