As 2024 comes to a close, I reflect on the strides we’ve made at the CDS. We trained over 1,200 professionals, reached nearly 6,100 participants through education and employment programs, and strengthened partnerships to foster inclusion. Highlights this month include the inclusion of Growing Pono Schools in the Panorama Playbook, the expansion of our UCEDD trainee program, and impactful initiatives like PIER-CLD TEAMS workshops and engagement at the AUCD Conference. Looking ahead, I’m excited about the #PacRim2025 Conference and Writing Matters workshops, which highlight our ongoing commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging. Thank you for being part of our journey—let’s continue making a difference in 2025. Mele Kalikimaka and Hauʻoli Makahiki Hou!
