Abstract

An SLN label is an extension of the label on a pesticide container. It allows the product's use on particular crops, animals, objects, or sites not covered on the product label. SLNs are often developed to cover uses on minor crops or in emergency situations. This publication covers the basic rules and how to obtain and interpret an SLN label.
