dc.description We demonstrate how innovation in language revitalisation succeeds when an indigenous organisation leads the corpus collection and technology development. We show how this organisation collected more than 300 hours of labeled corpus in ten days, which enabled the creation of an automatic speech recognition tool for te reo Māori. (session 4.1.3)
