Genre: Oral history. Title: Lengu Nandene (b. c. 1916) tells about the big volcanic eruption on Palu'e in 1928 which caused hundreds of lives. Lengu was about 11-12 years old then and they ran to the village below, Nara. People died by the beach, as they did not know that the earth quakes caused a tsunami. There have been four eruptions on Palu'e, including the 1928 ereuption, the latest in 2012-2013..
