Abstract
Description
This paper presents an examination of how anti-DEI policies impact language revitalization and proposes ways of resisting those constraints when collaborating with public institutions. We discuss four general categories for working around anti-DEI policies: going federal, community engagement models, medical and mental health approaches, and exploiting liminality.
