Brief excerpt from interview: The students themselves came from diverse backgrounds of study. Everybody brought something different to the table. Professor Cusick's style of teaching is looser than most professors and left a lot of room for creativity and people to bring their own passions into what they were working on.

This item includes a segment of a student interview in a Writing Intensive course in a sophomore honors seminar at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
