dc.description We present Kaniʻāina, the first online repository of spoken L1 ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi. Kani‘āina will allow interactive access to recordings and transcripts through Ulukau, a bilingual digital library interface that is arguably the most-accessed site for Hawaiian language materials. Kaniʻāina will also implement a procedure for crowdsourced transcription of recordings. (session 3.6.1)
