dc.descriptionThe Shoshone/Goshute Youth Language Apprenticeship Program brings Native teenagers to the university to apprentice in language materials development and experience the university while learning Shoshone. This language program also emphasizes experiences that will help students succeed in school. This presentation discusses challenges of balancing these two emphases as an outsider.
