dc.description.abstractOur poster will outline the six guiding principles of Trauma-Informed Librarianship which includes safety and control, trustworthiness and transparency, peer support, collaboration and mutuality, empowerment, voice, and choice, and cultural, historical and gender issues. The focus will be on resources available in Hawaiʻi and include recommendations for how to implement this training into library ecosystems.
