Abstract
Description
Further elicitation for ‘axina sentences, further elicitation for comitative nominal constructions. Transcribed the short text of the yaqona ceremony. Continued elicitation of ‘axina revealed no new insights, save the confirmation of its apparent transitivity-changing role. Nominal elicitations by Venson demonstrated alternate use of va’a and kai for different comparative and comitative constructions.
