Dr. Kasira Cheeppensook, an Associate Professor of International Relations at Chulalongkorn University and a founding member of the university's Nelson Mandela Center , explains Thailand's role in Indian Ocean Security across three fronts: addressing the Rohingya Humanitarian Crisis, building partnerships via the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), and driving regional prosperity through the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF).
