Abstract

Created by Steven E. Morris, Financial Consulting Services for the State of Hawai, Division of Water Resource Management. Revised report on the calculation of royalties for the PGV Project based on the geothermal netback method of valuing resource and the calculation of the a royalty waiver amount based on an expanded netback methodology. The revised report reflects the correction of an error in calculating the transmission-line cost rate used in the royalty and waiver calculations.
