Brief excerpt from interview: I think the major challenges were structuring it the way she wanted . . . It was meant to be as professional as possible--as if we were going to present it to the actual Planning Director . . . Trying to get all the content in without reiterating too much, or adding in too much useless information. It had to be very concise, to the point, professional. It started off going off, but then it came together.
