In class, Tracy read sentences designed to elicit passives that were derived from Nuger 2008. The class elicted versions of passives where the actor was known and unknown. Kristen also gave examples of different question and answer pairs for passives with focuses on the action versus the object. Then, the class asked Kristen for the root or other derivations of the verbs.
