dc.description.abstractBrief excerpt from interview: Half-hour television magazine production in which we present stories primarily revolving around the college of social sciences, but also the broader university community . . . Each show is at the end of the semester is shown on K5 . . . What we're trying to communicate to the students is that . . . we are producing something that will be shown on television to showcase their work . . . Showcasing . . . what the University of Hawaiʻi has to contribute to the community . . . It's an opportunity for our students to use all of their skills . . . We want to display [that] the University has a lot to offer the community . . . we produced the leaders of Hawaiʻi.
