Abstract

The topics of this report comprise the non-energy sectors and their greenhouse gas emissions. It begins with an Action Plan, which serves as an executive summary. A review of the inventory of greenhouse gas emissions for the state follows. Third, a set of graphs predicts the trends in CO2, CH4 and N20 emissions for the state, both with and without the measures recommended in the Action Plan. Finally, the bulk of the document discusses the recommendations of the Action Plan in detail, providing information on what is happening in Hawai'i in each sector, and details of the recommended measures or technologies.
