Description

Nawahine Dudoit lives in Kalihi, Oʻahu. Grew up in San Diego, CA, taking many trips back and forth visiting her grandparents who lived in Kalaeloa. She came home in the early 1990s and became involved with the group, Nā Mamo. Nawahine Dudoit and Kalei Puha were fixtures at the legislative hearings concerning same-sex marriage. She attended the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and worked in the Department of Education for many years before retiring.
