Abstract

Description

Ethnobotany and Tunica (an isolate of the Lower Mississippi Valley) revitalization have a symbiotic relationship. I am collaborating with the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana on the Tunica Ethnobotany Guidebook, a community-guided project to compile names, descriptions, and traditional uses of plants that have been significant to the Tribe.
