Amendment to plan of operations

Abstract

This Amendment supplements the existing Plan of Operation approved by the Board of Land and Natural Resources on March 13, 1981. This Amendment is submitted for approval in accordance with Section 13-183-56, Administrative Rules of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. The approved Plan of Operations stipulated that two exploratory geothermal wells would be drilled and flow tested on State Mining Lease No. R-2. Includes supplements such as related correspondence, Geothermal Resouce mining lease No. R-2 and contracts.
