Abstract

Brief excerpt from interview: I enjoyed the design. I think the students respond to it. They've learned to separate . . . the critique of their submitted work from the grade that they receive . . . I've had students who have come to me who have said, 'Mike, I didn't get the grade that I wanted, but I got the feedback that I wanted.' That's been really powerful.
