Abstract
In this Cable Handling Equipment Concepts study, the HDWC program at-sea test requirements of high cable tension and increased sea states were evaluated against present state-of-the-art cable handling equipment to formulate recommendations for successful completion of the program. Equipment requirements for a baseline commerical program were also evaluated.
