Abstract
Description
Ideologies regarding gender roles affect both the researcher, the community’s view of the researcher, and the participants and the way in which they can (or cannot) participate in language revitalization and documentation. This poster will explore the relationship between gender roles and indigenous language revitalization/documentation in the Ryukyuan context.
