dc.description.abstract In this interactive online session, we propose several ways that department and committee leaders can support student learning via assessment and engage participants in a discussion on challenges and new possibilities for carrying out meaningful and manageable program-level learning outcomes assessment. Participants take away immediately implementable strategies to initiate or strengthen their collaborative program assessment effort for the purpose of program improvement.
