In this talk, Joan Pan, CJS graduate assistant and Ph.D. candidate in Geography and Environment, will cover how social media can be important for scholars and be used to engage a wider audience. She will also speak to the particular platforms, such as Twitter and LinkedIn, that many academics commonly use in their scholarly work.
