The ill person has to lie on his stomach; ass upp. Simon mixes 'hule mila' plant, 'buki sowa' (a small insect in the soil and ginger; either crushed or chewed (he did not mention the nearly obligatory betel (sirih pinang), and ginger. The mixture isn gently pressed toward the intestine that will return inside. At c. 23 s to 28 s there are three voices, because Ebbe interrupted to remind him to only tell about one 'huru' at a time.
