|Abstract:||This report presents the first stages of a project aimed at creating a support program for oral production and aural comprehension for English students at Ruamrudee International School, Bangkok, Thailand. This first stage is a needs analysis of the learning needs and skills for teachers and Japanese students and parents. The purpose of this needs analysis is to look for connections among teachers, students, and parents and what they perceive as important language skills needed by high school graduation. This report will include (a) the context background, (b) the existing English Language Development Program at the site of study, (c) a literature review on needs analysis, (d) description and results of the research, and (e) discussion, implications, and limitations of the results.|
