Description
Genre: Origin myth/Oral history. Title: Ata Mbare (The Mbare people) A history about Mbare ancestors and common names and the habit to light a fire five times after somebody has died. Told by Bapak Mboe (c. 60), sitting outside with Woko Du'a, Cawa Timbane (on the path between their houses) and a few other family members in Ko'a village and domain. Recorded directly with the Zoom H4N, handheld, because of the spontaneous situation and being outside.
